Favor Eat World (Crystal mall)

I've got to admit, the name of this place isn't really attractive.The actual store itself doesn't look to attractive too because they only had a counter, whereas all of the other food shops in crystal mall had their food all in front so that you can see. That said, this is probably one of the best places to get Taiwanese pork or beef donburi.

When I go there, I always order the pork rice, and the small bowl is only $4.50 (HST included), which is a really good bargain. The rice bowl includes atleast a cup of rice, with some vegetables, pork, dried pork, egg and some sort of Taiwanese condiment (not sure if there is an English name for it) The pork and the egg that is cooked is made using their secret ingredient (I tried asking them what was in it, but all I got out was herbs) that the owner's grandparents passed down. The secret ingredient makes their pork full of flavour and it is very different than other Asian donburis because the pork donburis don't leave a layer of oil after you finish! Often one bowl is enough to fill you up, but the bargain makes you crave for more/ I would highly recommend giving "Favor Eat World" a try.

Location
This store is located in the food court of Crystal Mall. Once you enter the food court and walk towards the window side, you should be able to see this store on the left hand side. It isn't really big so keep your eyes open. Usually when I go, there are always lots of people so be prepared to wait for about 10 minutes.
